At Omira, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewellery, with each piece truly unique. Due to the nature of these products, we request you to kindly review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, we cannot guarantee that every request for return, refund or exchange will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such request that is not aligned with the conditions below.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you have received an incorrect product.
Note — Due to the nature of the products, Omira requires videographic proof to process any return or exchange request. This is mandatory for our team to evaluate the condition of the product. Without it, the request cannot be processed.
Timeframe
Requests must be raised within seven (7) days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition with original certification and packaging intact. Any tampering with the product or its certifications will be cause to deny your return.
Authenticity Guarantee
Should you have any doubts regarding the quality of a product, you may have it verified at a Government gemological institute (ISO certified or internationally reputed). If a gemstone is proven to be synthetic or artificial by such an institute, you are entitled to a 100% refund, return or exchange.
Courier charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable. Omira does not arrange pickup for returns/exchanges; all return shipping charges are borne by you.

- Beads bracelets
- Crystal trees
- Rakhi
- Products received exactly as ordered
- Gift cards
Personalised rings, jewellery, bracelets or any wearable made to a specific fitting size cannot be returned. Please check the product page or contact support before purchase.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 working days, subject to bank processing times and public holidays.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to acknowledge receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds can only be issued to the original source of payment, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5–7 working days after approval.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges
- Change of mind — if you simply dislike the product or no longer wish to retain it.
- Minor flaws or packaging issues that do not affect functionality or quality.
- Slight colour or size variations caused by lighting, screen resolution or natural manufacturing tolerances.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first verify your bank account, then contact your card issuer or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, contact us at believeomira@gmail.com for further assistance.
Sale Items
All items marked as "Sale" or purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. Email us at believeomira@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability. Approved items must be returned to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, since we only refund to the original payment source.
